For the fifth time, Clifton Park is proud to host a Babe Ruth Baseball League World Series event and with it, watch our local heros, the Clifton Park entry compete on one of two fields located on the Clifton Common Baseball Complex.

Currently 20 different players are vying for a spot on the summer World Series squad, working hard indoors at All-Stars Academy in Latham before the weather allows them to get outside and continue their work.

Manager Matt Frey has World Series experience, earning a trip to Mattoon, Illinois for the inagural 12-year-old Cal Ripken World Series in 2000. He know what it took to earn a trip to the World Series and his success in high school and college are sure to keep the opposition on its toes.
